Module description:
This module equips learners with the optimal service quality standards, compliance and its maintenance, discuss methods of managing difficult patients and promote service recovery.
Identify areas for improvement within the organisation’s service delivery process and implement strategies and evaluation on the service improvement initiatives.

Module description:
The aim of this module is to help learners understand how to find the main causes of problems, work together with different people, and use simple techniques to think through and solve problems. Learners will begin to see how these skills can make their work easier and more effective.
* This module requires completion of the other four modules of WSQ Advanced Certificate in Healthcare (Operations) as prerequisites.

Assessment Methods
Oral/written tests, presentation and practical performance.
- WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) – for all completed WSQ modules in the programme construct.
- Trainees who managed to complete all required modules of the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Healthcare (Operations) will also be conferred this full qualification.
- Obtained at least a C6 pass at N-Level in any 1 subject or equivalent; OR
- Graduate of HMI Institute’s WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare/ WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (any tracks/specialisations)
