Preparing and Performing @ Workplace
(Synchronous E-Learning)

Learn how to generate effective and efficient solutions to solve problems and capitalise on new opportunities at the workplace.

Overview

Performing effectively in the healthcare workplace requires strong emotional awareness, clear communication, and the ability to manage pressure. For individuals transitioning into healthcare or taking on new roles, professional behaviour and emotional regulation play a critical role in workplace performance and employability.

This course equips participants with practical skills grounded in the science of emotions and human behaviour. Participants learn how to prepare themselves mentally and emotionally for work, manage emotional triggers, and build resilience in demanding healthcare environments.
