Overview

“Caring to Go Beyond” is a service excellence training for healthcare professionals aimed at enhancing both clinical and emotional support. Participants will develop a service excellence mindset, improve customer service skills, and strengthen their abilities in listening, problem-solving, and stress management to better meet patient needs and improve outcomes.
