Lean in Healthcare Certification – Green Belt

Understand Lean Thinking and how Lean practices reduce waste and improve value for patients.

Overview

Healthcare systems are strengthening how care flows across teams and settings to improve patient experience and outcomes. Lean Thinking offers a disciplined approach to redesign processes, reduce delays and rework, and release time for higher-value care.

This programme equips participants with core Lean principles and practical tools used in healthcare improvement, including identifying waste, mapping workflows, testing changes and sustaining gains.

Learning is delivered through blended instruction, guided exercises and real-world case studies, with emphasis on application in participants’ own organisations.
