HMI Institute, Singapore Pools (Private) Limited, and ITE College Central have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch a collaborative effort aimed at elevating caregiving education and outreach. This partnership envisions creating educational content for Carebuddy.co, an online platform powered by HMI Institute, to provide the high-touch online learning and resources needed to uplift and elevate standards of caregiving in the home environment.
The collaboration will focus on developing bite-sized, engaging videos that will provide caregivers with the knowledge and confidence to care for their loved ones effectively. The content will be available for free on the Carebuddy.co platform and promoted through various channels.By enabling caregivers to learn from these videos at their own convenience, we believe we are moving closer to our goal of having a “Carebuddy” in every household.
This initiative serves a dual purpose: it offers ITE students an enriching learning opportunity to refine their skills while utilizing their talents to raise awareness about essential caregiving practices.
Through this initiative, caregivers will gain access to essential information that enables them to provide quality care for their loved ones, fostering dignity, independence, and well-being within their communities.
