“Caring to Go Beyond” is a practical, experiential workshop designed to strengthen the service mindset and behavioural competencies of healthcare professionals. Through frameworks, guided practice, and reflection, participants develop the skills, mindset, and emotional resilience needed to uphold excellence in every patient interaction.
