Overview
This simulation-based and practical-orientated workshop is to build decisiveness and problem-solving competency through knowledge, tools and techniques. Participants will define the difference between decision-making and problem-solving, and explore interdependencies. Participants will consider different perspectives in defining what makes a good decision i.e., what is essential, and critical for their job role, and function versus the company as a whole. Participants will also be introduced to a problem-solving model and supporting techniques, and explore applying them in a work-related context. They will also evaluate a few Healthcare industry-specific case studies.
