Overview
Creative solutioning through creative thinking is a process of finding innovative and original solutions to problems or challenges by using a variety of creative thinking techniques and methods. It involves actively seeking out new ideas, perspectives and approaches, and evaluating them to find the best solution. This process encourages divergent thinking, which is the ability to generate a wide range of ideas, and convergent thinking, which is the ability to evaluate and select the most suitable idea.
Course Objectives
At the end of the module, participants will learn to use design thinking model and basic problem-solving tools & techniques learnt to adopt diverse perspectives to create new ways of working.
