      “在她出生后的第一年,我经历了过山车般的情绪波动,主要是感到内疚。因为我不明白为什么她会有这样的情况,她在肚子里时一切都是正常的,直到出生后才察觉到不同。除了内疚,我还须要学习如何照顾她,同时还有一个一岁多的儿子要照顾。” 39岁的李锦钻是一名全职看护者,受访时分享了她照顾女儿的心路历程。12岁的孙昱恩出生后无法吞咽、不会说话也无法动弹。目前,她正等待第二次基因检测的结果。 新加坡罕见疾病协会星期六(3月23日)与新康学院(HMI Institute)签署谅解备忘录,共同推出一项针对罕见病患看护者的培训计划。贸工部兼文化、社区及青年部政务部长陈圣辉受邀担任活动主宾。 这是本地首创针对罕见病患看护者的护理培训,课程将采用体验式学习方法,并穿插情境模拟训练,旨在使看护者能够在培训结束后立即将所学知识应用在生活中。 新康学院总经理李文俊受访时说:“考虑到罕见病的复杂性,看护者须要专业的知识和技能来提供适当的护理,而这超出了一般护理课程的覆盖范围。”   新加坡罕见疾病协会 目前照顾200多名患者及家人 新加坡罕见疾病协会目前照顾着200多名患者及家人,涵盖了100多种罕见病。 这些患者的护理需求包括各种治疗,如语言、物理和康复治疗、长期插管喂食、使用医疗设备供氧等。 新加坡罕见疾病协会主席黄雪玉培说,培训计划是为照顾罕见病患的看护者量身定制的。 “希望看护者在照顾病患时可以更自信。这也有助于改善对病患的护理,营造一个积极的护理环境。” 课程预计在三个月后推出,首批将有30名看护者参加。 李锦钻受访谈及女儿孙昱恩的病情时,仍然情绪激动。她回忆起最初得知女儿情况时的茫然无措。 后来,通过竹脚妇幼医院的医疗团队,她了解并申请加入新加坡罕见疾病协会。在协会中,她结识了许多有着相似经历的家庭,得到了他们的支持和帮助,“这使我不再感到孤单和无助”。 Source: https://www.zaobao.com.sg/news/singapore/story20240323-3206171
