HMI Institute of Health Sciences' Quality Policy satisfies applicable requirements of our regulatory bodies through the following strategic directions:

The Institute strives to achieve:
✔ 85% of the trainees rated 4 out of 5-point scale for module evaluation.
✔ 85% of the trainees who completed course rated 4 out of 5-point scale for satisfaction level on training upon completion of course.
✔ 85% of the trainees who completed course rated 4 out of 5-point scale for overall satisfaction.
✔ 85% of the trainees who successfully completed the WSQ full qualification courses applied the competencies acquired within 3 months after completion of course.
✔ 70% of the trainees who successfully completed the WSQ full qualification courses placed in a healthcare job within 6 months after completion of course.
✔ 80% of the trainees who were placed in healthcare job have positive in-employment outcomes or expansion in job scope within 6 months after completion of course.
✔ 70% of the trainees who were placed in healthcare job have employers reporting positive impact of programme on workplace within 6 months after completion of course.


In order to ensure continuous improvement in our academic delivery and course management, HM Institute conducts student evaluation surveys on a regular basis. The student evaluation survey is conducted at least once within the course duration for all courses.

For WSQ Courses, the following student evaluation surveys are conducted:
- Pre-course Evaluation – conducted during course orientation
- Module Evaluation – conducted at the end of each module
- Clinical Attachment Evaluation – conducted during clinical attachment
- Post-Course Evaluation – conducted on the last day of course after the end of the clinical attachment

The information collected will be used by the Institute's management for continuous improvement.
